Using AMLAKK AI
Use the platform lawfully, provide information you are entitled to provide, and keep your account credentials secure.
Listings and user content
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and rights associated with listing text, images, prices, contact details, and documents you submit.
AI and GIS outputs
Valuation, confidence, map, nearby, and market outputs are decision-support information. They are not official appraisals, legal opinions, surveys, title checks, or guarantees.
Prohibited activity
Do not submit deceptive listings, impersonate another person, scrape or disrupt the service, bypass security, misuse personal data, or use AMLAKK AI to facilitate fraud.
Availability and liability
Service features may change or be unavailable. To the extent permitted by applicable law, users remain responsible for independent verification and transaction decisions.
Governing law
Governing law, courts, dispute process, contracting entity details, and the effective date must be inserted only after review by qualified legal counsel.
